Project Overview

The front patio at this Kerbey Lane Cafe sat in deep shade beneath a mature live oak — exactly the kind of spot where natural grass struggles and quickly gives way to bare dirt and gravel. We cleared and re-graded the area, engineered a properly draining base, and installed premium artificial turf that looks and feels lush even in full shade and heavy foot traffic. What was once a dull, unusable strip is now a clean, green, functional hangout where guests can wait for a table, relax with a coffee, or let the kids and dogs play. Because it needs no mowing, watering, or reseeding, the café gets a welcoming entrance that stays picture-ready all year with almost no upkeep.
