Our comprehensive warranty covers UV degradation and color fading, seam integrity and turf fiber attachment, drainage system performance, base material settling or shifting, and installation workmanship. All turf products we install come with the manufacturer's warranty, which typically covers 8 to 15 years depending on the product line. This warranty protects against material defects, excessive UV fading, and fiber degradation under normal use conditions.
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, TurfMeUp provides our own installation workmanship guarantee. If any issue arises from our installation — seam separation, base settling, drainage problems — we'll come back and fix it at no cost to you.
