Once you give us the green light, our crew gets to work! We excavate the existing grass, weeds, and rocky topsoil to establish a clean, level canvas. We cap any unnecessary sprinkler heads and ensure the site is prepped for optimal water runoff.
This is the most critical step for a lawn that lasts. We lay down a premium crushed stone base, meticulously grading and contouring it to ensure water flows away from your home. We then use heavy plate compactors to lock the base into a rock-solid, perfectly smooth foundation.
Now, we roll out your chosen artificial grass! Our installation team meticulously cuts and shapes the turf to perfectly hug your walkways, fences, garden beds, and trees.
To keep the grass blades standing tall and protect the backing from UV rays, we evenly spread a specialized sand infill across the lawn (including antimicrobial options if you have dogs!). Finally, we use a commercial power broom to work the infill deep into the turf, giving it that plush and realistic bounce.
