A short, tight putting green performs very differently than a plush, ultra-realistic landscape turf. The density (face weight), pile height, and backing material you choose will adjust the baseline material cost. We help you match the exact right grass to how you actually use your yard.
Getting our equipment into a wide-open yard with a double gate is much faster than navigating a tight, fenced-in property. We also factor in the heavy lifting required to excavate existing grass, roots, and that notoriously rocky Texas soil before we ever lay a roll of turf.
Infill is the material brushed between the blades to keep them standing upright. While standard silica sand is our baseline, upgrading to specialized antimicrobial infill (for dogs) or advanced cooling infill (to fight the August heat) will slightly adjust the project cost.
